Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict handling requirements, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased from AXOM.

Research compounds require controlled storage and handling conditions. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled properly, and therefore cannot accept it back or issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Email support@axomresearch.com with your order number.
• Include clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.
• Do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Verified claims for damaged or incorrect shipments will be resolved with a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All orders ship within 2 business days, so cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.
