AXOM ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
All domestic orders are shipped via 2-day shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order within 2 business days of shipment.
Free shipping is available on all orders of $250 or more.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Compounds are packaged with temperature-appropriate materials to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized products are sealed in tamper-evident containers.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account at My Account. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for details.
