Reconstitution Protocol

KLOW 80mg is supplied as a lyophilized powder and should be reconstituted with sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for research applications.

  • Allow the vial to reach room temperature before reconstitution
  • Add bacteriostatic water slowly along the vial wall
  • Gently swirl — do not shake or vortex
  • Allow the solution to stand until fully dissolved
  • Solution should appear clear and colorless

Storage Conditions

  • Lyophilized (unopened): Store at -20°C for long-term stability. Stable at 2–8°C for up to 90 days.
  • Reconstituted: Store at 2–8°C (refrigerated). Use within 28 days of reconstitution.
